Privacy Requests
Use this page to submit any data-related request to The VIP Connector. We respond to all requests within 30 days. Your identity will be verified before any data is shared, amended or deleted.
Types of Requests We Accept
Access Request
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including how it is stored and used.
Correction Request
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your registration record.
Deletion Request
Request permanent deletion of your personal data from all TVC systems (subject to legal retention requirements).
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw your consent to future contact, marketing communications or any consent-based processing.
Data Portability
Request your registration data in a portable, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
Objection
Object to the processing of your data for legitimate interest purposes or for direct marketing.
How to Submit a Request
Email your request to tracyk@thevipconnector.com with the subject line matching your request type (e.g. “Data Access Request” or “Deletion Request”).
Please include:
- Your full name as provided at registration
- The email address used to register
- The type of request you are making
- Any relevant details to help us locate your record
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days. Complex requests may take up to 90 days; we will notify you if an extension is required.
Identity Verification
To protect your data, we will ask you to verify your identity before we process any request that involves accessing, modifying or deleting your personal data. Verification is typically done by confirming details from your original registration. We will never ask for passwords or payment information.
Free of Charge
All data subject requests are handled free of charge. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive in nature. We will inform you of any applicable fee before proceeding.
Supervisory Authorities
If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority:
- EU residents: your national supervisory authority
- UK residents: Information Commissioner’s Office at casework@ico.org.uk
- Israel residents: Privacy Protection Authority
